You don’t have to be an expert : to solve big problems !!

      You know what, the problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Well, if it can be thought, it can be done, a problem can be overcome; why to take things more serious, in simple and yes,
 *Every problem has a goal* isn't it ??
 Sometimes problems don’t require a solution to solve them; instead they require maturity to outgrow them. “The difficult problems in life always start off being simple. Great affairs always start off being small"
Sometimes just one fresh perspective , one new skill set, can make the conditions right for something remarkable to happen, "But you need to be bold enough to try."
 So wherever you are, in the world, the next time you find that there’s some natural curiosity you have that is being piqued, and it’s about something you care about, and you have some crazy or bold ideas, and perhaps it's outside the realm of your expertise, ask yourself this: Why not? Why not just go ahead and tackle the problem as best as you can, in your own way? You may be pleasantly surprised..... !

Power Of Words

     Power of words is an Underlying theme.
Have you ever thought about why we compare words to weapons. WEAPONS ??? the pen is mightier than words. Yes, I believe this is because words are very powerful. If you spell  correctly it can win HEART'S and when used wrongly they can cause grievous WOUNDS.
                  Guys, Lemme ask you something, How you use words as ??? A Weapon or as a Source of happiness ???
"Did I offer peace today? Did I bring a smile to someone's face? Did I say words of healing? Did I let go of my anger and resentment? Did I forgive? Did I love? have you gone through these questions after having your conversations ??
             WORD'S are silently sounded weapon which can even kill someone. because, Words are singularly the only most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Also WORD'S have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
It's how you use, it's how you tone them... Words are path to get connected.

So guys make it one of your resolution this 2018 Think once you spell: a simple act of speech can make such great changes in the world.

N.O.V.E.M.B.E.R

                  Knowing the specialty of a month or making a month special in life may be common; like anniversary, birthdays, more special moments that you own something. For me November is special because, October extinguished itself in a rush of howling winds and driving rain and November arrived, cold as frozen iron, with hard frosts every morning and icy drafts that bit at exposed hands and faces.

2k17 is reaching its end, I can’t believe how fast time switches. How many of you welcome November with motives ?? Assertion||  Memories || Goals || what's your November about ?? Usual broken resolutions, Flop birthday plans , Time slip dinner and adventures plans can be made true this time🤗 I have come to regard November as the older, harder man's  October. I appreciate the early darkness and cooler temperatures.

Since ‘m a foodie, bon vivant ;
the smell of food is different in November and is what ‘m into. It is an orange smell. A squash and pumpkin smell. It tastes like cinnamon and can fill up a house in the morning & can pull everyone from bed in a fog. Food is better in November than any other time of the year, yes ....
November makes me feel that life is passing more quickly. In an effort to slow it down, I try to fill the hours more meaningfully 🤗
*Lose Weight and Get Fit
*Learn Something New
*Eat Healthier and Diet
*Spend More Time with Family
*Travel to New Places
*Be Less Stressed

If I Could Be A Kid Again

Don’t you wish you could take a single childhood memory and blow it up into a bubble and live inside it forever? ? ? Everyday at certain point i pause and wish i was a kid that i could go back in life, not to change things but to feel a few things twice" .

   Oddity ??? no, that isn’t a word for me.
sometimes with all emotions & curiosity I wish to be a kid. It is like being drunk, everyone remembers what you did, except you! Yes, a world away from technologies, Social sites, Stress; in the nostalgic memory. Friends next door, my drawing books, Innocence, possibilities of virtue and vice, like a living message, tension free life, family complete my childhood memories.

           I went back to 90’s where I grabbed all my best achievements of life, the world seemed to be a place of joy and happiness, then I came back with that question: “if i could be a kid again"- it was a revelation that the question has less needed in my life because, that kid lives in me,along with memories. I own that childlike quality.

                  In everyone's life there is a limited number of experiences which are not written upon the memory, but stamped there with a die; and after long years, they can be called up in detail, and every emotion that was stirred by them can be lived through anew; Not only me every one in this universe will miss being a kid, more over realize that you’re a kid from heart that no one can steal.

Trustworthy !

               Are you ??? mmm ..
 What is your heart worth to you?
The answer is ‘everything’. Our hearts are worth the World.
Now;
             I personally think honestly disclosing rather than hiding one’s subjective values makes for more honest and trustworthy journalism. But no journalism - from the most stylistically & to the most brazenly opinionated - has any real value unless it is grounded in facts, evidence, and verifiable data.
Hard to trust any / No longer can trust people, these are the most seen & gone through questions personally while scrolling scraps & Facebook news feeds. For them, stop entertaining two faced people. You know the one who have split personalities and untrustworthy habits. Nine times out of ten if they telling you stuff about another person, they’re going to tell your business to other people. If they say, "You know I heard........." More than likely it’s in their character to share false information. Beware of your box, circle, square .
I have seen some, they chase a person, because if they want to be in your life, they will. It amazes me how people go out their way for someone who does nothing for them,Losing themselves under the real value of trust* & worthy* .
Pausing :
         Let me ask you some thing, Look at the mirror & ask yourself , Can I be trusted?
are you?
 :- I can be trusted with some things, but not all things, just like you" .
                 All what you have to do is to accept, to be bold and open to the world and the world will open it’s gates for you because, the key factor of Trust* is to find your marks*,be that person that all wish to have ,that doesn’t means you are less real & never trusted. It's not your knowledge, skill, status & good look that enable you to do great things. It’s your trustworthiness. But, you’ve to EARN it...
No one is born perfect but covered with flaws. What a world !! but ‘m serious, Trust" is the word , Own it Guy's   !

Tata Consultancy Services-TCS  is one among the top ten IT companies in the world. It operates in more than 45 countries and has more than three lakh employees. A job in TCS is like a government job. It is very secure.

 Now there is a golden opportunity for science graduates to get a job in TCS. Company has a training center in Thuraipakkom,Chennai named Ignite which is specially designed to train BCA and BSc students. Six month world class training in Ignite is capable of  transforming a science graduate into
a quality IT professional. Selected students will get a unique option to do MCA from Sashtra university.

After registering in the above portal, candidates need to fill up the  Portfolio and attend the online tests available in there.   Based on the participation of candidates in that portal, Interview cards will be given to the selected candidates. Interview location will be in the nearest TCS office of the candidate.It will happen at the month of Janvary in 2016. There will be 2 interviews, one technical interview and one HR interview. and there will not be any aptitude tests. Selected candidates will get an offer letter with in few weeks after the interview.
