SBI CALLING…
One of the famous banks in India, State Bank of India is now
seeking eight thousand and five hundred new clerks. The bank also requires
thousand stenographers. There are two hundred vacancies for clerk and thirty
seven vacancies for stenographers are reported in Kerala. The last date for application is 26th March
2012. The application must be submitted by online. The websites of the bank are
www.statebankofindia.com and www.sbi.co.in.
The basic pay of a SBI bank clerk is 7200-19300 Rs. The
eligibility for the job is plus two with sixty percentage marks from any
syllabus or a graduation in any subject. The fluency in English is a necessary
eligibility for the applicant. The mastery over the state language is also
necessary for the applicant. The applicant should born in between 30th November
1983 and 1st December 1993. For SC/ST candidates there is free
coaching for the bank test is available in Ernakulum, Kerala.
The selection will be on the basis of scores obtained in the
written exam and on the basis of performance in interview. The written
exam will be on May 27 and June 3 in 2012. The exam
will be objective type. The exam includes general awareness, general English,
quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, marketing aptitude and computer
awareness. The applicant should get minimum marks in each category for the
selection. There is negative mark for each wrong answer. Every applicant is
requested to download the call letter for the exam after May 12.
