TEAM INDIA, A BIG QUESTION

Alas! What an agony for the Indian cricket team in Australia! The Indian cricket lovers have been enduring this type of gigantic losses in foreign countries for the last few years. There arises a big question about the credibility of team India by the gigantic loss (4-0) against the Australian cricket team in the Vodafone test cricket series.

It seems that all the touching of Indian team in the test series were wrong. We cannot neglect one fact that even the captaincy of the cool captain M S Dhoni was too weak in the test series.

There also arises a big question about the credibility of the triplets Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman. They were too weak and could not become at least the shadow of their previous golden performances. On balance we may say that sachin has taken an effort to bat neatly. But both the others were completely disappointing in the Vodafone test cricket. Rahul Dravid bowled so many times in the test series. It reflects his inability to bat well in the Australian fast pitches which are grassy and good enough to provide suitable bounce for the fast bowlers unlike the Indian dead pitches. Laxman was poor in the case of runs in the Vodafone test cricket series.

Virender sehwag is the another Indian batsman who was pathetic in the whole test series. We can say that the Indian fast bowlers were not up to mark in the Vodafone test cricket series. The young Indian batsman Virat kohli is entirely different from the other Indian batsmen in the test series. We must congratulate Kohli for his marvelous performance in the whole test series.

The Indian lovers of cricket seem panic. Most of them strongly believe that this reflects the poor speed and bounce of the Indian pitches too. Also they are very much anxious about the performance of team India in the Tri one day series.
